Passage Home, www.passagehome.org, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization since 1991, has a mission to end homelessness and break the cycle of poverty within families and neighborhoods using a holistic approach that leads to economic self-sufficiency. We believe in providing a “hand up and not a hand out”, providing services targeted to four key areas:
• Housing & Support Services
• Youth Development
• Neighborhood Revitalization
• Economic Development

The majority of clients that we serve are women and their children. Also, I think one of the most important things to mention is that we have a matching fund, so any new dollar raised during this event will get matched 100%.
